The candidate must possess a high school degree, or equivalent.
Ideally, some previous office experience is desired.
Duties will include answering and routing incoming phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, running routine errands, and performing light clerical work and basic computer and other office equipment tasks as assigned.
The work schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7am - 5 pm.
Occasional adjustments to this schedule may occur, depending on the department's needs.
Healthcare benefits are available and participation in the AZ State Retirement System is mandatory.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
